Refund policy

We will always refund or replace any damaged or faulty item free of charge.

​If you suspect an item to be faulty please return it to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase and we will issue you with a replacement or full refund once we have received the item and confirmed the fault. We report all faults back to our suppliers to ensure our products are consistently high quality and issues are swiftly corrected.

If you've recently submitted your order, you may be able to cancel.

If you would like to cancel your order please email info@nationalhempservice.com with details of your order and order number.

If your goods have already been dispatched you will be required to return them as per our returns process.

Or, if you've simply changed your mind, you can return any unused product to us within 14 days.

If a product isn't faulty but you'd like to return it, simply return the goods to us in the same condition that you received them within 14 days and we'll refund or replace them for you.

Please note: Refunds will be issued according to price paid and payment method used at the time of purchase. Products must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

A full refund for the cost of the product being refunded, not including the original postage, will be authorised upon our receipt of your cancellation notification and receipt of the returned goods. 

Goods must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them in original, unopened packaging. The cost of postage to return the item/s will not be refunded.

The goods must be returned within 14 calendar days.
